We do offer same-day booking if we are not already booked. We consider SAME-DAY anything less than 5 days prior to your event.
Pending the needs of your event, we can handle the most requests. However, there is a $250.00 convenience fee for same day bookings.
Please note: You must be prepared to pay in full upon completing your booking.
We do not offer refunds.
Due to the nature of the equipment, and the preliminary setup fees associated with your event we can not offer refunds. If there is a malfunction on our part, we will however offer a full refund.
We do not bring our equipment out in the rain and or any dynamic weather conditions that may affect or damage equipment.
We understand nature happens. In the event you must cancel due to weather conditions, we will credit you a rental date within 6 months of your innitil booking date.
Host(s) are fully responsible for any Broken or damaged equipment that is caused by their guest. This is non-negotiable.
Celebrity Booth Inc. will not be held responsible for any guest behavior who is under the influence or engaging in risky activity that may cause said guest to get injured. We give clear instructions to every guest. If they jump off-spinner before it concludes, there is a chance to get seriously hurt. The host takes full responsibility and releases Celebrity booth Inc from any wrongdoing.
Our busy season are the summer & holidays. If you have a request that falls on the holiday, there is a %25 fee added. Please consider this while calculating your overall bill.
